How do I make a return?Updated a month ago

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging and have original tags attached.

Return by mail

Reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] to initiate the return process with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. 

Note: There is a 7% re-stocking fee for refunded items and we do not accept returns on underwear, bodysuits or swim bottoms. Items marked final sale are not eligible for returns.

Return in store

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene (for example: panties), final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
